This virtual event run by Legacy 1995 focuses on Nigeria’s Afro-Brazilian heritage. It will explore the stories of Africans who returned from Brazil. This discussion also aims to provide an opportunity for Nigerian’s with Brazilian descent to connect and explore their history.
What is Legacy 1995?
Legacy 1995 is a non-profit organisation ‘actively involved in the preservation and promotion’ of Nigeria’s cultural heritage and history. This organisation is currently looking to ‘reconnect with the Afro-Brazilian past in the present‘.
