SAVE THE DATE: YOUTH CLIMATE TAKEOVER: 14th September 2019

A summit organised by youth for youth 

This summit is set out to provide a space for young people to share their concerns about climate change. It will explore links between the concerns about human rights abuses and climate breakdown, in an event that is part of a build up to global events on climate action.  Including speakers from Amnesty UK, the National Union of Students and more.

Youth Climate Takeover is open to young people aged 13-25. The venue is wheelchair accessible and BSL interpretation will be provided.

Do be aware that under 16s must have consent from either parent(s) a carer or guardian to participate and 16-18s must inform their parent(s), carer or guardian. Under 18s have the option of being accompanied by a parent, guardian, carer or trusted adult. All under 18s will be asked to complete a photo consent form.
