Business owners, fashion designers and painters with ancestry in various parts of Africa, were all smiles as the public gravitated towards their products. Among them was Sheilla Mandeya, founder of Afrocentric805 and Nana Yao, co-owner of KOKO Krafts who gave me an insight into their businesses.
This is the first episode of a new video series titled “All Around London” which will document events in London and include interviews with people regarding various topics. This series has both creative and investigative journalistic elements. The aim is to bring unheard voices to the forefront and demonstrate the importance of visual storytelling.
